By accessing or using the Kiva RV Park & Horse Motel website at https://www.kivarvparkandhorsemotel.com or by making a reservation with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Reservations
Reservation Requests
Submitting a reservation request through our website does not guarantee a reservation. All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by our staff. A reservation is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation communication from us.
Check-In / Check-Out
- Check-in time is 2:00 PM (or as arranged with management).
- Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
- Late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your reservation. Cancellation policies may vary depending on the type of accommodation and season. Specific cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
Rates
All rates are subject to change without notice. Rates displayed on our website are current as of the date shown, but final pricing will be confirmed at the time of reservation. Additional fees may apply for extra vehicles, visitors, or amenities.
Park Rules
All guests are expected to follow the park rules to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone:
General Rules
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of your neighbors.
- Speed limit: 5 MPH throughout the park.
- Guests are responsible for maintaining their campsite in a clean and orderly condition.
- Trash must be placed in designated receptacles.
- No open fires except in designated fire pits (when permitted by current fire restrictions).
- Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave for violating park rules, without refund.
Pet Policy
- Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash at all times when outside your RV.
- Owners must clean up after their pets immediately.
- Aggressive or excessively noisy animals are not permitted.
- A dog park is available for off-leash exercise.
Horse Motel Requirements
- A current negative Coggins test is required for all horses. You must present documentation upon check-in.
- Current health certificates may be required depending on state of origin.
- Horse owners are responsible for feeding and watering their animals.
- Fresh water is available on-site.
- All manure must be placed in designated areas.
- Horses must be kept in their assigned stalls or corrals at all times.
- The park is not responsible for injury, illness, or death of any animal while on the premises.
Liability
Kiva RV Park & Horse Motel is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property, vehicles, trailers, horses, or other animals while on the premises. Guests assume all risk associated with their stay, including but not limited to risks related to recreational activities, weather conditions, wildlife encounters, and the use of park facilities and amenities.
Guests are encouraged to carry their own insurance for vehicles, personal property, and animals.
