Kiva Horse Motel offers 15 stalls with or without runs, 3 pipe corrals (30×60), 2 large pens, and a 60' round pen — all just steps from your RV site. We're one of the few stops on the I-25 corridor where you can board your horses and hook up your rig in the same place.

Box Stalls

Enclosed box stalls ideal for overnight stays. Optional attached runs give your horse room to stretch without leaving the safety of the stall area.
Red Stalls with Runs

Our most popular option for traveling equestrians. Each red stall includes an attached outdoor run so your horse can move freely between shelter and open air.
Pipe Corrals

Spacious pipe corrals for horses that prefer open space. Standard pens accommodate up to 4 horses, while our large pens can hold 6–8 horses — perfect for groups traveling together.

Hay & Feed Policy
You supply the hay and feed your horse(s). Additional bedding is $12/bale. Fresh water is available on site at no extra charge.
Requirements & Policies
For the safety and well-being of all animals, we require the following from every guest.
Current Coggins Test
A negative Coggins test (EIA) is required for all horses. Must be current and valid.
Health Certificates
Valid health certificates are required for all horses entering the facility.
Fresh Water Available
Clean, fresh water is available on site for all boarded horses at no extra charge.
Maximum 4 Horses per Pen
Standard pens accommodate a maximum of 4 horses for safety and comfort.
